Family research subject of talk

STERLING – Topics from the Quad Cities Genealogical Conference will be reviewed at the Whiteside County Genealogists’ Friday meeting.

The group will meet at 9 a.m. in the Sauk Valley Chamber of Commerce meeting room,  211 Locust St. A panel of genealogists who attended the conference will give a report. Subjects will include military service records, ethnic genealogical research, land records, and “Building Your Genealogical Toolbox.”

The meeting is open to the public.
