Michael D. Hamilton, 52, of Dixon; 7:14 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Crawford Avenue; driving with a revoked license; given notice to appear in court.

Lee County Sheriff

Conrad R. Szura, 49, of Nachusa; 12:32 a.m. Thursday; violation of an order of protection; taken to Lee County Jail.

Brittni A. Shaffer, 20, of Dixon; 4 p.m. Tuesday; warrant – escape; taken to Lee County Jail.

Sterling Police

Timothy S. Bollinger, 47, of Rock Falls; 11:12 a.m. Wednesday; operating an uninsured vehicle; given notice to appear in court.

Jesse Williams, 19, of Rock Falls; surrendered 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at Sterling Police Department; two counts of unlawful possession of firearms; two counts of possession of a firearm without a Firearm Owner’s ID card; one charge of unlawful use of weapons; one charge of possession of 2.5 to 10 grams of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia; posted bond.

Rock Falls Police

Brent Sisson, 35, of Rock Falls; April 5; Whiteside County warrant – obstructing a court order; posted bond.

Jorge Boyas, 33, of Rock Falls; 9:26 a.m. Wednesday; warrant – failure to appear – contempt of court; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Oscar Milan, 21, of Rochelle; Wednesday; consumption of alcohol; given notice to appear in court.

Steven L. Smice Jr., 39, of Rockford; Wednesday; driving with a revoked license; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Edward Foster, 23, of Rockford; Wednesday; speeding; taken to Ogle County Jail.

State Police

Rodrigo Marin, 42, of Oakdale, Minn.; 8:32 p.m. Tuesday; driving under the influence; given notice to appear in court.

Tegan L. Miller, 19, of Rock Falls; 12:39 p.m. Wednesday at state Route 2 and Sauk Road; failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, failure to provide information, texting while driving after striking a vehicle driven by Samantha Vancil, 19, of Dixon. No injuries reported.
