Staying true to his words at YMCA

Dixon YMCA executive director Andrew McFarlane gets dumped in the pool by corporate sponsors Don Lovett (left), marketing president of Sauk Valley Bank, Aaron Fox, director of corporate health services of KSB, and YMCA swimmer Kaitlin O’Donnell Monday afternoon. McFarlane promised the staff that if they raised $4,000 to start the Strong Kids campaign, he’d swim a couple laps in the pool in his suit. $8,085 has been raised with a goal of $65,000.
