SPRING VALLEY – All food service facilities are required to have certified managers. A state approved food service sanitation manager certification course will be April 26 and 27 at St. Margaret Hospital 600 E. First St.
The 15-hour course will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Managers needing to renew certification may attend 5 hours of either session.
