Dixon Police

Thomas J. Kiesewetter, 45, of Dixon; 1:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of North Dixon Avenue; Woodford County warrant – failure to appear – deceptive practice; taken to Lee County Jail.

Sterling Police

Jacob R. Reitzel, 28, of Rock Falls; 12:43 p.m. Wednesday at 11th Avenue and East Fourth Street; no seat belt; posted driver’s license.

Michael J. Mitchell, 41, of Sterling; 11:55 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of West Third Street; Illinois Department of Corrections warrant – parole violation; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Information sought: Jan. 13 burglary investigation at Macklin’s Quarry in the 6000 block of South Dement Road, Rochelle; and a Jan. 22 burglary in the 11000 block of East Oak Court in Childers Acres subdivision, Rochelle. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 888-228-4488 or the Ogle County Sheriff’s Department at 815-732-6666.

17-year-old Rockford boy; 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of East Blackhawk Road, Byron; no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle. His father, Manuel Saravia, 59, also of Rockford, was charged with two Rockford Police Department warrants.

Oscar Hernandez, 23, of Chicago; Wednesday; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

Diana L. Mabie, 51, of Rockford; Wednesday; contempt of court; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Nicholas Smith, 22, of Rochelle; Wednesday; possession with the intent to deliver; posted bond.
