STERLING – Juan “The Foxx” Villegas, 58, of Sterling, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore. 

Juan was born May 27, 1954, in San Juan, Texas, the son of Manuel and Maria (Morua) Villegas Sr.

Survivors include one sister, Carmen (Joe) Garza Sr. of Sterling; two brothers, Evaristo Villegas of Dixon and Manuel Villegas Jr. of Sterling; one brother-in-law, Don Olalde of Sterling; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Olalde, and brother, Miguel “Mike” Villegas.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. today, followed by the funeral at 11 a.m., at Schilling Funeral Home in Sterling, with the Rev. Juan Ayala, pastor of St. Mary Catholic Church in Sterling, officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded.

A memorial has been established.
