Dixon Riverfront’s beautification continues

DIXON – Locations for commemorative pavers for the downtown Riverfront are available.

Engravings will be done in the middle of June; the deadline to purchase these is June 1.

Visit www.dixonriverfront.net to see prices and photos of the pavers, as well as other amenities. A few benches and cafe tables also are available. They can be dedicated by an attached plaque.

Phase II of Dixon Riverfront’s project is starting. It is the development of a bike and walking path along the Rock River, east of Dixon along state Route 2. In addition, plans to install boat dock facilities are under way.

For more information, call Kay Miller, executive director, at 815-973-0931.

The Dixon Riverfront Commission is qualified as a Section 501(c)(3) organization; donations are tax deductible.
