Firefighters discuss training, thank-yous

MANLIUS – Manlius Fire Department members recently met at the Manlius Fire Hall.

Justin Doty, president, conducted the meeting with 10 members present.

Business included the May 4-5 Tazewell County Training meeting, a thank-you from Chuck Woolley of the Princeton Fire Department for help and $100 from Loraine McMahon with her thank-you note. It was also learned that the Inter Community Fyr Fyters Association training will be in Tiskilwa.

Larry Rowland, Mitch Doty, and Rob Reglin received attendance awards. The department’s next regular meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. April 11 at the fire hall, 225 E. Maple Ave. Justin Doty and Mitch Doty are the lunch committee.
