Topics and dates are:
■ April 2, Overtime, Exempt and Non-Exempt: 2013 Wage and Hour Update: Part 1.
■ April 3, Overtime, Exempt and Non-Exempt: 2013 Wage and Hour Update: Part 2.
■ April 9, Estate Planning for Farmers and Ranchers.
■ April 16, Structuring Preferred Stock and Preferred Returns in Business and Real Estate Transactions.
■ April 18, Religious Accommodation in Workplace.
■ April 23, Understanding and Planning Title Insurance in Commercial Real Estate.
■ April 30, Ethical Issues in Representing Elderly Client.
The cost for each teleseminar is $59 for ISBA and $119 for nonmembers; when sharing a phone line at the same location, the cost for each person thereafter is $49 for members and $109 for nonmembers.
