Sterling man in court today on fraud charges
STERLING – A Sterling man is set to appear in court today on eight charges of bank fraud.
The charges against Lyle J. Spaulding, 44, carry up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.
Spaulding pleaded not guilty when he was arraigned in January 2012. According to online court records, he is set for a change of plea today.
