Three more charged in drug investigation
Heroin trafficking a problem, official says
DIXON – Three more people have been charged in a heroin investigation in Dixon.
On Feb. 26, authorities arrested Samantha J. Spencer, 25, of Franklin Grove; Trevor A. Glenn, 21, of Dixon; and Nickolas P. Howard, 21, of Rock Falls, on felony heroin possession charges, according to a Wednesday news release from the state police.
They were held at the Lee County Jail on bonds of $40,000 each. As of Wednesday afternoon, Glenn and Howard still were in jail.
