People say kids don’t have a say in things like this. I think kids should have a say. Why is the strike even going on?

I was really disappointed when I heard we’re not going to be in school. I always look forward to ISAT. I miss my teacher, Mrs. Bork. She is the best teacher ever. She makes my least favorite subject (which is math) fun.

I don’t want to stay home; it’s boring. My mom and dad tell me school is my “job.” Let me  work. The teachers are basically fighting for us. I feel disappointed, angry and sad because I want to learn and ISAT is so fun.
