Man charged with home invasion

ROCK FALLS – A Rock Falls man remains in the Whiteside County Jail on a $100,000 bond, charged with home invasion.

Thomas R. Harrold, 27, entered a woman’s home without her permission and battered her, Rock Falls police said in a news release.

The victim called police at 8:39 a.m. Saturday, police said.
