Biblical truths continue to be a constant guide

This letter is in response to the March 6 letter from Steven Lopez titled “Individuals free to make their own choices.” First of all, yes, we know that an acorn is not a tree. We also know that if a man does not want a tree in his yard, he will not plant the seed.

You stated in your letter that Charles Becker’s letter was full of “religious propaganda.” Are you calling the oldest book, the Bible, propaganda? This is the book where Charles and many others find the truth by which we are to conduct and live our lives. I believe you are misled by other sources of written propaganda that led you to be angry over the content of Charles’ letter.
