Roy A. Epperson

WALNUT – Roy A. Epperson, 61, of Walnut, died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at his home in Walnut. He worked at ALCATEL in Plano, Texas, as a senior electronics technician for more than 20 years.

Roy was born Jan. 7, 1952, in Princeton, the son of William and Edna (Glaze) Epperson. 

Survivors include one brother, William Lewis (Susan) Epperson of Walnut; one sister, Sandra Rideout of Morrison; two nieces; and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother-in-law.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be at a later date. Garland Funeral Home in Walnut is handling arrangements.

A memorial has been established to the Walnut Fire Department.
