STERLING – David Keith Richmond, 58, of Sterling, passed away Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at his home. He recently was employed by Anchor Coupling in Dixon.

David was born Aug. 3, 1954, in Princeton, the son of Harold and Jane (Devine) Richmond. David was a graduate of Howard High School in Georgetown, S.C. He was married to Sherry DuGard on Oct. 15, 1994.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry of Mesquite, Texas; his daughter, Kelly Pfleeger of Fairfield, Texas; stepdaughter, Karlee (Jeff) Dixon of Mesquite; stepson, Jerrett (Sara) Alston of Dallas; nine grandchildren; two brothers, William Richmond of Katy, Texas, and Neil (Jean) Richmond of Sterling; his half siblings, Scott (Tracy) Richmond of Montrose, Colo., and Ronnie (John) Gallegos and Leslie (Johnny) Green, both of Fairfield; stepsiblings, Diantha Scroggins of Bellmead, Texas, Danice (Jimmy) Sarvis of Burleson, Texas, Dawn Kaiser of Fairfield, and Doug (Melissa) Kaiser of Cassatt, S.C.; and several nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins, and friends.
