ROCHELLE – State Rep. Tom Demmer, R-Dixon, will answer questions about gun issues during a Gun Rights in Illinois town hall meeting at 6 p.m. at Rochelle City Hall, 420 North St.

The lawmaker intends to give an overview of current gun legislation and actions that have been taken by this General Assembly.

“Due to the abundance of calls to my office, and myself sitting on the firearms working group, I feel it is absolutely necessary to hear constituents’ concerns and questions to ensure your constitutional rights will not be treaded on,” Demmer said in a a news release.
