The three musketeers or four horsemen and their round table. As I have been saying all along about the Rita Crundwell scandal, everyone now is taking more interest in this story as many things have come up.

For one is the mayor story about the conflict of interest with having a real estate business and being mayor. Another is the stories about the public works director/city engineer and the Dixon city fire chief getting a loan from Crundwell at no interest.

Question – when are they to pay it back? If so, they should have had to pay it when the story first broke, and if so at what interest?
