Danks makes first appearance
John Danks gave up a run in two-plus innings in his first outing since May, and Dewayne Wise hit a three-run homer as the White Sox beat the Giants 6-2.
Alexei Ramirez doubled in a run for the White Sox, and Paul Konerko had an RBI.
Danks made only nine starts last season before undergoing season-ending surgery on his left shoulder Aug. 6.
