STERLING – Phyllis E. Oelrichs, 82, of Sterling, died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at her home. She was a bookkeeper for the law firm of Besse, Besse, Frye, & Arnold.

Phyllis was born May 19, 1930, in Sterling, the daughter of John and Nellie (Gilbert) Frank. She married Ralph Oelrichs on June 15, 1952, in Sterling. Phyllis was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Sterling.  

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Mark (Sally) Oelrichs and John (Patty) Oelrichs, and one sister, Genevieve Barnett, all of Sterling; one brother, Forrest Frank of Penrose; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Schilling Funeral Home in Sterling. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mark Oehlert of St. John Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Sterling. 

Memorials have been established to the Alzheimer’s Association and Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice.
