ROCK FALLS – Mary M. Mireles Sandoval, 57, of Rock Falls, formerly of Hermleigh, Texas, died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford.

Mary was born Dec. 24, 1955, in Hermleigh, the daughter of Leonardo and Carmen (Pena) Mireles. She married Ramirio Sandoval Sr. on March 29, 1972, in Dixon. Mary was a homemaker. She enjoyed thrift shopping, gambling at casinos, taking care of people, bike riding, and traveling.

Survivors include her husband, Ramirio of Rock Falls; one daughter, Jenifer (Donnie Peppers) Sandoval; one son, Ramirio Sandoval Jr. of Rock Falls; two sisters, Sally (Alonzo) Ortiz of Kewanee and Irene Mireles of Oregon; two brothers, Benjamin Mireles of Sterling and Chevo Mirelez of Kansas; and one grandson, Noah Sandoval.
