LEESBURG, Fla. – Fredrick Francis Weydert, 87, of Leesburg, Fla., passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, in Leesburg.

He was born March 5, 1925, in Unity, Wis., to his parents, Fredrick N. and Martha Weydert. Fredrick was a former water well driller. He was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Ethel Weydert of Leesburg; children, twin sons, Jerome (Teresa) Weydert of Tacoma, Wash., and James Weydert of Joliet, Stephen (Janet) Weydert of Cortland, Brian (Carol) Weydert of DeKalb, Theresa (Jon) Jorgenson of North Richland Hills, Texas, David McQuown of Bowling Green, Ohio, John Duncan of Oswego, Fred Duncan of Sandwich, Linda (Dave) McCoy of Bowling Green, Jeanne Anne (Matt) Brusatori of Plainfield, Karen (Jack) Harding of Rochelle, Paula (Greg) Kula of Wood Dale, and Bonnie (Justin) Cowans of Elkhorn, Wis.; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Lost Lake Community Church of the Nazarene, 90 W. Flagg Road, Dixon, with the Rev. Bob Clardy, pastor, officiating. Page-Theus Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Leesburg is handling arrangements.
