Dixon Police
Doron Douglas, 18, of Dixon; 7:27 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Franklin Grove Road; unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Arrested at the same time was a male juvenile, 17, of Dixon; unlawful consumption of alcohol and possession of tobacco by a minor.
Christopher N. Smith, 36, of Dixon; 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of Villa Avenue; failure to register as a sex offender; taken to Lee County Jail.
