Police: Sterling man sold crack cocaine
ROCK FALLS – A Sterling man remained behind bars Friday after his arrest in a drug investigation that, police say, dates back to October.
Robert T. McCloud, 49, is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and delivery of a controlled substance, both felonies, according to a Rock Falls Police news release.
Police say McCloud sold crack cocaine on several occasions.
