McPeak, the driver of the second vehicle, was charged with driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage and no insurance after losing control on the snow- and ice-covered road, striking Wooten and coming to a stop in the ditch. Both posted I-Bond. Dustin M. Brockman, 27, of Nelson, was cited at 10:36 p.m. for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after losing control of the vehicle on the snow- and ice-covered road, sliding into the ditch and striking the two vehicles already in the ditch.
