Drumond M. Jefferson, 36, of Memphis, Tenn.; 7:57 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 39, Lee County; improper lane usage after losing control on the snow-covered roadway; no injuries.

Julie A. Wooten, 24, of Grand Detour; 10:35 p.m. Wednesday at Rock Island and Railway roads, Lee County; no valid driver’s license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Samuel W. McPeak, the driver of the second vehicle, was charged with driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage and no insurance after losing control on the snow- and ice-covered road, striking Wooten and coming to a stop in the ditch. Both posted I-Bond. Dustin M. Brockman, 27, of Nelson, was cited at 10:36 p.m. for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after losing control of the vehicle on the snow- and ice-covered road, sliding into the ditch and striking the two vehicles already in the ditch.

Adam R. Wilcox, 26, of Muscatine, Iowa; 11:40 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 88, Whiteside County; improper lane usage, after losing control of the vehicle and striking a road sign.

Sandra Warren; Monday after a Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement surveillance at Eagle River Liquor in Fulton; unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor; given notice to appear in court.
