OREGON – Two Oregon residents were arrested Tuesday after Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies said they found drugs, drug paraphernalia and ammunition in their home.

Richard L. Gallagher, 29, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and possession of firearms ammunition by a felon, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brooke A. Lozano, 22, is charged with possession of 30 to 500 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a peace officer, both misdemeanors.

A search of the home in the 2000 block of South Second Street around 2:21 p.m. turned up 86 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, digital scales and ammunition, the release said.

Gallagher and Lozano are in Ogle County Jail; he is being held on $50,000 bond, and she on $25,000. They are set to appear in court Friday.

In 2005, Gallagher was sentenced in Ogle County to 2 years for possession of a controlled substance. In 2004, he was sentenced to a year for possession of a controlled substance and a year for possession of marijuana. All were felony convictions.
