ROCK FALLS – Frederick Harrison Holly, 64, of Rock Falls, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at Rockford Memorial Hospital.

He was born July 16, 1948, the son of Frederick and Mabel (Bentland) Holly in Sterling. He married Louise Jones on Feb. 20, 1999. She preceded him in death on May 28, 2012. Fred was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sterling.

Survivors include two stepdaughters, Paula Russell and Racheal (Mark) Ware, both of Rock Falls; one stepson, John Jones of Sterling; and one stepgranddaughter.

He also was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sterling, with Elder Greg Shaw officiating. McDonald Funeral Home in Sterling is handling arrangements.
