Olympian and double amputee Oscar Pistorius’ longtime coach says he’s still in shock following the “heart-breaking events” of Reeva Steenkamp’s shooting death, which he calls an accident.

Tebow to speak at controversial church

New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow agreed to speak in April at the First Baptist Church of Dallas, whose pastor, Rev. Robert Jeffress, has stirred controversy over the last couple of years.

Jeffress has called homosexuality “degradation of a person’s mind,” referred to Islam and Mormonism are “heresy from the pit of hell” and called Catholicism “the genius of Satan.”

Tebow has spoken at other churches in recent weeks, with his talks focusing on being outspoken about your Christianity, not hiding who you are.
