City looking for an IT employee
DIXON – The City Council will vote to advertise a position for an information technology employee at tonight’s meeting.
Mayor Jim Burke said the city does not have an IT employee on staff. The city budgets $80,000 to $85,000 for technology services and is looking for a full-time position to cut those overhead costs.
The council also will vote to place on file a loan for facade improvements to The Ginkgo Tree Cafe, 216 W. First St., owned by Trirong Khuntangta.
