DIXON – The Petunia City Quilters will meet at 7 p.m. March 4 at Loveland Community House, 513 W. Second St.

Rhonda Horvath of Rag Spun Studio in Brandon, Wis., will be the featured speaker. She will discuss her creative journey and show dimensional appliqué designs.

Guests may attend for $5.
