Not guilty plea in Dixon murder case
DIXON – Brian C. Sigler, indicted on one count of first-degree murder in the death of his wife, Yolanda M. Sigler, 34, pleaded not guilty Friday.
Sigler is in Lee County Jail on $2 million bond; he has a pretrial conference April 4.
According to court documents, Sigler, 34, choked his wife to death in their home at 230 Lincolnway on Jan. 12, then stabbed himself in the neck and abdomen with a knife.
