Randy D. Cover, 55, of Dixon; 7:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of South Ottawa Avenue; Ogle County warrant – harassment through electronic communication; taken to Ogle County Jail by the Lee County Sheriff’s Department.
Katherine J. Kida, 69, of Dixon; 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of West First Street; Lee County warrant – contempt of court, driving with a suspended license, and no insurance; taken to Lee County Jail.
