DIXON – A free workshop to help people fill out a citizenship application will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 421 S. Peoria Ave.

The meeting is organized by Sauk Valley Community College’s adult education department and Casa Guanajuato of the Quad Cities.

Free applications will be available to those who receive public benefits and earn 150 percent of the poverty level or less.
