Rock legends set to play in Dixon
DIXON – Grammy-nominated John Ford Coley, of England Dan and John Ford Coley fame, and Rock ’n’ Roll Hall of Fame member Terry Sylvester, formerly of The Hollies, will take the stage together at 7:30 p.m. March 23 at the Historic Dixon Theatre, 114 S. Galena Ave.
Coley is known for “I’d Really Love to See You Tonight,” and “Love is the Answer.” For Sylvester, it’s “Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress,” “The Air That I Breathe,” and “Carrie Ann.”
“We’re very excited to have two classic rock icons coming to the Dixon Theatre,” said Josh Albrecht, executive director of Dixon Main Street. “The uniqueness of the acoustic concert will definitely make it a special experience.”
