Bead work to be subject of library program
MORRISON – Marianne Biagi, an artist, will present "The Art of Bead Work" at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 20 in the reading room at Odell Public Library, 307 S. Madison St.
Her bead work is known for its varied colors, designs and contrasting texture. She will demonstrate her work and explain her creative process. Her bead embroidered work, "In My Past," has been chosen to travel across the country with the Mancuso quilt and art show. Biagi, formerly of Chicago, has a remodeled studio in Morrison.
The program is free.
