Seth Coursey, 22, of Belvidere; 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of North state Route 251; driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Snow emergency no parking ordinance violations; 1 p.m. Thursday; James A. Cholke, 47, Daniel P. Lagee, 24, and Stevanne S. Daley, 18, all of Polo.

Whiteside County Sheriff

16-year-old Sterling boy; 12:31 p.m. Jan. 29; defective exhaust, graduated license violation – too many passengers, operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted bond.

Alex Nolan, 25, of Stuart, Iowa; 9:15 a.m. Friday on state Route 78 and Mohawk Road; driving with a revoked license; posted bond.

Shanti M. Cervantes, 20, of Rock Falls; 11:38 a.m. Friday in Rock Falls; tinted windows ordinance violation, operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted driver’s license. A passenger, Silas C. Hammelman, 21, of Sterling, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis – 10 to 30 grams; posted bond. Aid provided by Rock Falls Police Department.

Donald J. Richardson, 47, of Sterling; 8:20 a.m. Sunday in Lyndon; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

Tina M. Trausch, 48, of Sterling; 9:51 a.m. Sunday in rural Sterling; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted bond. Written warning for no front registration plate.

Zachery Chouinard, 18, of Deer Grove; 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Galt Court in Sterling; criminal trespass to land; given notice to appear in court. Also detained were three 17-year-old girls, and a 16-year-old boy, all of Rock Falls; all released to their parents.

Gary A. Ingle, 42, of Tampico; 7:09 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of East Booth Street; suspended driver; given notice to appear in court.

Morrison Police

17-year-old Prophetstown girl; 10:20 p.m. Jan. 26 on East Wall Street; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted driver’s license. Two passengers, a 17-year-old girl of Prophetstown and Devin M. Bonneville, 18, of Lyndon, were arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bonneville was given notice to appear in court; the 17-year-old was released to a guardian with a notice to appear in court.
