ROCK FALLS – Mayor David Blanton will review 2012’s accomplishments in his yearly State of the City address at tonight’s City Council meeting.
The council meets at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 603 W. 10th St. The meeting also will air live on Comcast Channel 5.
