ROCK FALLS – Linda S. Riesselman, 63, of Rock Falls, died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.

She was born April 7, 1949, in Sterling, the daughter of Edward Lloyd and Ruby Doris (Metz) Dittmar. She married Blaine G. Riesselman on Nov. 1, 1969, in Milledgeville. Linda was an evangelist for Christ throughout the Sauk Valley area, visiting the sick and the incarcerated. She enjoyed attending her grandson’s sporting events, baking, and playing cards. She was a member of Rock River Christian Center in Rock Falls.

Surviving are her husband; son, Brian Riesselman, of Rock Falls; grandson, Brendon Riesselman; granddaughter, Lindsey Knoup; father, Edward L. Dittmar, of Milledgeville; mother, Ruby Coleman, of Rock Falls; brother, Jerry (Bonnie) Dittmar, of Sterling; half sister, Carol (Victor) Raines, of Dixon; stepbrothers, Frank (Wendy) Folk, of Granger, Ind., Kevin (Marlie) Folk, of Milledgeville, and Dave (Chris) Folk, of Milledgeville; and stepsister, Karen (Kim) Sturtevant, of Lanark.
