Angelica S. Tarbill, 18, of Morrison; 3:23 p.m. Friday at East Third Street and Second Avenue; driving while license suspended; given notice to appear in court.

Alfred G. Lee, 39, of Sterling; 8:11 p.m. Friday at South Lynn Boulevard and West 13th Street; Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of narcotics; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Garrett D. Campen, 19, of Rock Falls; 9:05 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Seventh Avenue in Rock Falls; violation of order of protection; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Kendal J. Helms, 54, of Sterling; 10:58 p.m. Saturday at Second Avenue and East Miller Road; no insurance; posted driver’s license.

Jerry Kevin Dunning, 40, of Sterling; 3:43 p.m. Friday at Second Avenue and West Fifth Street in Rock Falls; no seat belt, driving while license suspended, Whiteside County warrant on a burglary charge; posted I-bond on traffic offenses, posted bond on warrant.
