Unwanted cat didn't deserve to be dumped

Here it is again. It's about cats being dumped in the country.

This is to the one [who dumped the latest cat] – and you know who you are, if you read this. This particular cat is a black-and white-female, and the kicker is, she has a green-and-white collar. I hope you fixed her, at least, but I doubt it. Hope you sleep well. Not really.

Also, nothing to do with cats, just a thank you to Sen. Denny “Mike Tyson” Jacobs for my higher light bills. You too, Rep. Sacia.

Oh, and by the way, I understand they're not doing anything on this smart-grid project. How about making them give the money back that they've gotten from it?
