ASHTON – Jeffrey G. Weishaar, 58, of Ashton, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013.

He was born Dec. 10, 1954, to Norman and Wanda Weishaar. He graduated from Ashton High School in 1973.

For more than 45 years, Jeff entertained with his Jeff and His Band, and in later years as Jazzy Jeff, with his banjo and organ, playing big band and Dixieland music throughout the surrounding communities. Much pleasure was brought to all who danced and listened to his musical talents. Jeff also enjoyed providing piano tuning services to his many customers.
