Board considering doubling Sunday liquor hours
If approved, sales would be allowed from 6 to 1 a.m.
MORRISON – The Whiteside County Board's executive committee Tuesday recommended Sunday liquor-sale hours be expanded.
The full board will vote on the recommendation at its March 19 meeting. If it passes, Sunday hours will be the same as the rest of the week: 19 hours, from 6 to 1 a.m.
Liquor now may be sold only 10 hours, from noon to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
