ROCK FALLS – Darlene Alice Condiff, 79, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at her home after an extended illness.

Darlene was born March 31, 1933, in Rock Falls, the daughter of Harry and Hazel Marie (Card) Helt. She married Richard Condiff on March 2, 1952, in Rock Falls. Darlene was a homemaker. She was a member of Rock Falls Christian Church and Sterling Family Moose, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. 

Survivors include her husband, Richard, and two daughters, Shelia Condiff Carey and Paula (Santos) Chavez, all of Rock Falls; one sister, Betty Hummel of Prophetstown; five grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Ashley, Felicia, and Santos III; and four great-grandchildren, Kylan, Kiera, Elizia, and Johnathan.
