Armed civilians have confronted hostile criminals

I see that MSNBC's Ed Schultz made a claim that the U.S. has never had an armed civilian stop a shooting. It did not take much research to debunk that statement.

An article by WOAI News, San Antonio, in August 2012 stated that a woman was stabbed just outside her schoo” just after dropping off her child. As a result of an argument, the girl's father allegedly stabbed the woman several times. A licensed, concealed-carry bystander pulled his firearm and ordered the offender to drop the knife. The bystander and a school district officer took custody of the offender.

In another 2012 incident in central Texas, two neighbors got into an argument about one neighbor's dogs. The offender allegedly went back into his home and returned with a gun and shot his neighbor and another woman (friend of the victim) as she ran out of the residence. She then was shot again execution style. He also shot the dogs.

Upon police arrival, the offender immediately opened fire against the officer who returned fire with an AR-15. A concerned neighbor, who witnessed the incident, noticed that the offender had the upper hand over the officer, so fired his pistol, striking the offender, who then fired back at the neighbor. The neighbor, along with the officer, returned fire, killing the offender. The helping neighbor was thanked for his help.

Locating these two incidents online took only seconds. We have so many individuals and media that are so uneducated about truth and reality that they are willing to destroy our country by going against our country's bible, the Constitution.

As a parting thought, be open-minded enough to watch The Blaze network (Channel 212 on DISH).
