Two charged with stealing scrap
STERLING – Two longtime felons are back behind bars on charges of stealing scrap metal from a Galt business and later selling it for cash.
Terry G. Gibbs, 35, of Rock Falls, and Steven K. Argraves, 40, of Sterling, were arrested on charges of burglary. They have a preliminary hearing Thursday.
Bond was set at $75,000 for Gibbs and $100,000 for Argraves.
