Sterling Student of the Month Hannah Jakobs
Senior Hannah Jakobs, 17, of Sterling, is one of Sterling High School's December Students of the Month. She is the daughter of Sue and Tim Jakobs of Sterling. The family has two dogs, Sampson and Tommy.
Favorite class: AP literature. I learned a new way of writing and a new way of looking at literature this year.
Favorite teacher: Dana Francis, English. I like his respect for his students. He values everything they have to say.
