ROCK FALLS – Merle W. McNinch, 71, of Rock Falls, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at his home. He was employed as the district manager of 7-Eleven.
Merle was born Jan. 1, 1942, in Rock Falls, the son of Elmer and Lucille (Shipman) McNinch.
Survivors include one daughter, Kari (David) McNinch of Loveland, Colo.; one son, Mark (Angie) McNinch of North Carolina; two sisters, Barb (Jim) Whitlock of Cherry Valley and Karen (Warren) Maseman of Rockford; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Rock River Christian Center in Rock Falls, with the Rev. Brian Vickers, pastor, officiating.
