Information sought: Hit-and-runs: 5:30 p.m. Jan. 14 in the parking lot at 313 S. Second St.; a 2012 Chevy was struck; and sometime before 10:10 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 100 block of North Second Street between a 1995 Dodge and an unknown vehicle.
