PROPHETSTOWN – Becky L. Williams, 61, of Prophetstown, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was a secretary for the city of Prophetstown for several years, retiring Jan. 1.

Born Dec. 15, 1951, in Morrison, she was the daughter of Paul and Rena (Lott) Mannon. On July 31, 1971, she was united in marriage to Roger Williams in Prophetstown.

Becky was a member of Prophetstown Main Street and First Congregational Church in Prophetstown, where she sang in the church choir. She enjoyed singing, making crafts, including posters with her Cricut program, reading, and interior decorating. She loved spending time with her canine companion, Baxter. Becky’s world was her grandchildren, whom she adored and cherished.
