Hawks bounce back from loss
Lambrigtsen leads Oregon to easy Big Northern West win
Sam Lambrigtsen scored 23 points to propel the Oregon Hawks to a 54-39 Big Northern West
victory over the Mendota Trojans on Friday night at the Blackhawk Center.
Seven different players scored, and 14 girls played for the Hawks (18-5, 6-1), who bounced back nicely from their first conference loss earlier this week. They trailed 15-8 after the first quarter before outscoring Mendota 46-24 the rest of the way.
Madeline Sanders scored eight points, McKaylee Beeter added seven, and Devyn Absher chipped in six for Oregon.
